NPSL League Preparations - Player Cards/Passes

Approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the first game, Player Passes (aka Player Cards) will be distributed to the Coach for each player who has paid league fees. The player cards are presented to the referees prior to each league match. Players without player cards cannot play in league games.

NPSL Player Card Guidelines:

In Summary:

1. Paste 1" x1" current, identifiable picture of individual named on the FRONT of the "Member Pass". This also includes Coaches and Assistant Coaches!

2. Laminate card- REQUIRED

3. Punch a hole in the upper left hand corner of the pass. Attach all the passes, both coaches and players, on an "O" ring so they can be kept together and handled easily by the referee.

Gameday Checklist - Roster, Player Card/Pass, Report Scores

1. Bring Team Roster

Before every game in a season, either Team Manager or Coaches will need to fill out a North Puget Sound League roster. You'll need THREE copies to bring to each game: one for your team, one for the referee, and one for the opposing team. The referees will fill in the final score and return the rosters after the game. You MUST use the NPSL roster form for all regular season games.

The Team Manager or Coach must bring the player passes (aka player cards) to every game. Player cards are to be presented to the referees prior to every game. If cards are not present, it will result in the referee forfeiting the game.

3. Report Scores on NPSL website

After every game the Team Manager or Coach must report the scores within 48 hours on the NPSL website. You must have login access to be able to enter scores. Once logged in, you should see a screen similar to the one below which is where you will report the score:The below PDF explains how to Navigate the NPSL Team page:
